Is there any tool/widget/plugins to add 3D model (STL, OBJ, FBX, DAE) for Axure RP 9? We are working on a prototype for digital twin gui design, it would be really helpful to have some 3D support and be able to interact with the 3D model we have. Any idea/comments/alternatives would be great!

Axure doesn’t support anything like that in any special way. That said, it’s just webpage so whatever is possible on the web is something you can hack into Axure. You could try using something like Three.js to add 3D support to your prototype.
Bear in mind though that you’re no long working with Axure and just developing your own solution that you’ll then slap on top of an Axure prototype.
