if you cancel the subscription, are then still the wireframes in axshare via login and via direct link xxxxx.axshare.com available?

yup, axshare I believe is axure cloud, which is free unless you had a business or enterprise account as seen in pricing at bottom of this page: https://www.axure.cloud
so they should remain available and accessible without axure.
