Add Case to Interaction

#1

Why isn’t there an easier way to add a case to my interactions in Ax9? Do I really have to scroll all the way to the top of the event to hover over it? Why can’t I do it from an existing case? (seems to me that was possible in Ax8…) At least give me a keyboard shortcut.

This is a time sink, especially when working with repeaters.

If you double click in the interaction pane, it opens the interaction editor window.
Is this what you are looking for?

Also, if you work with more screens, you can drag the panels to another screen, which allows to have them really long and results in a very large working area.

No, that’s not the problem. Here’s an example -
Say I am working on this interaction

and I have just entered the bottom case. I have to scroll all the way up to the top of the interaction to enable the hover where I can add another case.
This one isn’t even a huge problem because it’s all on one page. When I use repeaters, I might have an item onLoad that goes on for pages. Every time I want to add a new case, I have to scrollscrollscrollscrollscroll to get to that one spot that has the hover. It should be available from any case, right next to the case name.
