Subscription licenses are activated by way of logging in to the end user’s Axure account within Axure RP:

First, however, your licenses manager would need to assign the subscription to you / the end user.

If you’re working behind a network proxy that’s preventing you from activating your subscription license, you’ll want to have your IT team whitelist the following URLs so that RP can ping our servers and verify the subscription account:

www.axure.com/portal*
accounts.axure.com/user/*
