Please also attach any Axure-related logs:

Axure logs for Mac:

/Documents/Axure User Data/Axure-9-0/logs

Axure logs for Windows (please note that AppData is a hidden folder):

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\Axure-9-0\logs

Same problem for one of my collaborators :disappointed:.
We’ve tried to reinstall it but nothing has changed.

My Axure is running well so it’s seem to ba a local issue.

She work with a Mac 13’
OS : macOS MOJAVE 10.13.6

What can she do to solve it?
