Axure RP not starting

Hi,

The application is not starting after the banner appears for a second with progress bar. This is happening even when my subscription is active. Kindly help.

For anyone following up,

Nrsudagar wrote into the help desk about this, and we found the issue was with the recent Microsoft .NET update that prevented WPF applications (such as Axure RP) from launching on machines running Windows 7. If anyone’s running into a similar issue, you’ll want to install the Microsoft 4074880/4055532 update patch for the fix. For more information about this, please see our forum post below:

Axure won’t launch on Windows 7 after January .NET Update

Hi guys! Recently (January 9th) there was a Windows update with some security fixes that got rolled out, and this included a .NET Framework update. We've gotten a few reports that machines running Windows 7 are not able to launch Axure RP after installing this update.
