Axure RP8 not starting

Axure RP 8 is not starting on my Windows 10 Enterprise laptop. Clicking the icon (or .exe in the folder) does not lead to a reaction of the system or program.

Any idea what I can do? I recently got the software installed.

When following the steps linked above, you can update to the latest version of Axure RP 8 using this link:

Additionally, please use this path instead when following the instructions under the “RENAME THE BACKUPS FOLDER” section:

If following these steps has not helped, please write in to us at describing the issue and the steps you have taken.

Please also send us the Axure logs saved on your machine. To send us these, please paste this path directly into the address bar of the File Explorer window and press the [ENTER] key:

Once you have reached the above path, please right-click the “logs” folder, select “Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder”, continue to create a zipped folder, and please attach this zipped folder when you write in to us at
