For example, when I change the size of a component and move the component to the right of it, does the component to be moved need to be spaced from the component to be changed? Problems occur when the spacing is 0.

We’re trying to recreate the interaction setup you’re describing and reproduce the behavior that you’re seeing. However, our Move “All widgets to the right of This” is behaving correctly even at zero distance. Here’s an example file on our end just in case:

For your second issue, we’re able to reproduce this and can confirm it’s a bug. I’ll go ahead and file this for our QA team to investigate and resolve in future RP 11 builds. Thanks for bringing this one to our attention!
