BUG: Open browser after publishing

I think this has been a bug for a while. The option: “Open browser after publishing” seems to not actually do anything. If I have it checked it opens a browser, if its unchecked it opens a browser.

This is particularly annoying when you are regularly generating HTML files while working on a prototype.

Perhaps you need an extension for your browser

My assumption is that if its not checked, the browser window should not open right?
