Cannot export FIGMA boards to Axure Cloud

  1. I installed the Axure plugin for FIGMA to export to Axure Cloud
  2. I have Axure Cloud open in the browser
  3. In FIGMA, I go to Plugin > Axure > Export and get the following message: “To export your artboards, the Axure Cloud App needs to be open”

Hi Julia! To export your Figma boards to Axure Cloud, you’ll need to use the Axure Cloud desktop app instead of using the web browser version of Axure Cloud. You can download the Axure Cloud desktop app from: axure.cloud/download.
