I read through some of the posts, but still didn’t see a solution, so I’m posting a screenshot here. I am trying to use style effects in on hover and click for my tabs (https://docs.axure.com/axure-rp/tutorials/tab-menu/#docsNav) but don’t see a style effects option like the tutorial. But it works if i click on something that isn’t a dynamic panel?

There are certain widgets that don’t have style effects themselves. Dynamic panels and repeaters don’t because they’re really just containers for “real” widgets, just like grouped widgets don’t. You can add different style effects to all of the rectangles, buttons, inputs, and text you want that are inside those things.
You shouldn’t need to make the tabs, themselves, dynamic panels, just the content area.
