Can't login to Axure Cloud

I have an account with Axure Portal.

When I try to log in to Axure Cloud I see a flash of the screen and then an error page that reads:

“An error occurred while processing your request
Please contact support@axure.com and reference error code 00a71a0b-b190-4b62-8b8b-eacd514cc221.
You can also try to refresh the page”

I am using Chrome Version 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (32-bit) on Windows.

I have also tried to access Cloud from a Chromebook and get the same message.
