Can't select underlying objects in Axure 9 Beta

I can’t seem to select underlying layers by clicking as in previous versions of axure?

Hi stratosinteractive,

This behavior changed, and you can now select widgets by right-clicking and selecting “Select Widget > [widget]”.

this is so frustrating, why change something that people have been using since axure 7? (maybe even before)
This is probably opposite to “good” ux. I feel that after working 2 years with Axure, now I have to re learn everything.

(apologies for the rudeness above… breathe, calm down)

May we have the original functionality + right clicking both?
