Relatively new to Axure, but from the support site it reads that component views and adaptive views should basically sync if they have the same structure and name.
Component Views and Adaptive Views
You can set up your component views to work in conjunction with your adaptive view sets. Make sure that your component views have the same names and inheritance structure as your adaptive views, and your component views will switch automatically in the browser along with your adaptive views.
I would expect therefore that the when changing screen sizes / views that following should work.
I suppose I could use the window resize event to trigger different panel states to change menu locations etc, but for headers, footers, and menus the component views seems like they would be more efficient across multiple pages.
