Crashing on 3701

3701 is crashing my computer, not just the app.

I’m very sorry to hear you ran into this issue! We’ll be very happy to look into this more. Please email our support team at support@axure.com and include the following:

  1. Please share any information you recall about the steps leading up to the crash (working with widgets, saving a file, etc.).

  2. What operating system were you running Axure RP 9 on?

  3. Please include your Axure logs for review as well. The location of these logs can vary depending on your operating system.

For Mac:

Please navigate to the following path:

~/Library/Application Support/Axure/Axure-9-0/

You can access the Library folder and this path by opening your Finder application and selecting “Go > Go to Folder”, and then pasting this path into the given field.

Once in the “Axure-9-0” folder, locate and right-click on the “logs” folder and select “Compress “logs””. This will create a new ZIP file for the “logs” folder that you can attach in your next message.

For Windows:

Please navigate to the following path:

C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Axure\Axure-9-0

Please note that “AppData” is a hidden folder, so you can copy and paste the path into your File Explorer field or make sure that your File Explorer settings are set to show hidden folders when navigating to this path:

Once in the “Axure-9-0” folder, locate and right-click on the “logs” folder and select “Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder”:

This will create a new ZIP file for the “logs” folder that you can attach in your next message.
