Disappearing Text When Zooming Out

I’m having an issue where text is disappearing when I zoom out past 100% on my document. I’m running version 8.1.0.3379 (Pro Edition). Is there a fix for this?

Hi all,

For anyone following this thread, jwphillips emailed our help desk regarding this issue. In this particular case we haven’t yet pinpointed the cause of the issue, but typically when we see text of certain sizes disappearing at certain zoom levels on Windows, it occurs when the monitor’s display scaling is set to something greater than 100%. Both this particular case and the scaling issue in general seems to be better in the version 9 beta, so if anyone has been running into this then you should find improvements with the next release. Of course, being a beta, we’d advise against upgrading any critical projects to version 9 until it is fully released.
