I’m working on a prototype that allows people to place markers on a map in the vicinity of a point of interest. Existing markers I’ve added for demonstration have a line from their centre back to the point of interest.
I’ve got everything working so that users can place a marker, go through a process of filling in some details and then seeing their marker on the map where they placed it.
What I’d like to be able to do is have a line from the edge of the user placed marker back to the point of interest. So the x,y coordinates of the line will be fixed at the point of interest end but they need to be variable at the market end.
I can’t seem to do this. It’s a “nice to have” for the demo and might be impossible. I just wondered if anyone has any thoughts.
