Droplist with multicheck boxes

Hi,

How do I create a Droplist with multicheck boxes?
like in this example.

There are multiple ways to do this. The uploaded RP file contains 2 ways of doing this. The one on the left uses a repeater and then hides and shows the repeater when you click on the Top Brands button. The one on the right uses individual components grouped together.
