Dynamic panel shows many states [bug]

I use repeater with dynamic panel. My dynamic panel ++checkbox_list has two states:

when I build the prototype, both of states are shown in browser, the first one, and then, below, the second one:

Is this a bug or I do something wrong?

This looks like a bug. You should send an email with your .rp file attached to support@axure.com
