Have included this under Axure 8 as our company has yet to upgrade but obviously this would need to be added to rp9 and up. A proper layers system would really make speccing and annotating designs so much easier. It would also be very useful for turning on and off layer between designs so you could single out elements. Being able to animate and control layers would be hugely useful as well as really helping to make the Outline panel and advanced prototype much more easy to navigate and work your way through, as well as collaborate or share documents when naming elements can become so laborious and naming styles may differ substantially between designers.
