[Fixed] Interaction>tooltip config bug

1. choose any component in a page, enter interaction > tooltip, input characters in this field.
2. change to another component in this page or other page, enter interaction > tooltip, find tooltip field being replaced by the characters which is inputted just now regardless of whether this filed is empty or not.
   axure version : 9.0.0.3658

Never. Just put forth and hope it fixed in the next beta release.
