Hiding notes on linked pages

Hi,

I have two pages for which I have provided links to be redirected from one of the main pages. I linked the pages via adding a link to one of the pages in my project and applying the properties in case editor where I had linked the other page. However when i preview the project and hide notes, the notes are hidden for the pages when I click on them one by one via the navigation panel but when I redirect to the same page via the link the page keeps showing me the notes. So initially the URL on the address bar is http://127.0.0.1:32767/start.html#p=contact_detail_view&g=1&fn=0 fotr the linked page but when I go to the same page via link the url is
http://127.0.0.1:32767/11.32.50/contact_detail_view.html which implies that the element fn=0 which denotes notes hidden were not applied when I went to the same page via link than when I visited via navigation panel. Please let me know how hidden notes can be retained for linked pages as well. Kindly respond as soon as possible as this is a bit urgent.

Hi rahulzlpr,

I apologize for the delayed response. That’s correct; the “fn=0” portion of the URL does indeed enable notes to be shown in a prototype. If you’d like notes to be enabled as you navigate through the other pages of your prototype, you’ll want to use the “Open Link” action with the “Link to a page in this design” option instead of using the pages’ direct URLs:

This will allow you to navigate through your prototype pages without having to enter any new URLs, which will keep notes enabled (the “fn=0” part) throughout.
