How can I add rows without changing values in a repeater?

Hello

I have a repeater table where the values can be changed by clicking on a button. When I change the values here and want to add a new row, the values are reset to the default. Is there a way to add a new row and keep the changed values in my repeater?

Use “Edit Row Data” to replace “Set Text”
