How to keep page dimension (e.g. mobile) in local HTML export?

Hi,
When I set Page Dimension, e.g for a mobile, it renders on the Cloud the page in the center and nicely fits the page dimension of a mobile, also in the height. Great for the demo’s for the stakeholders.
However, if I export locally as HTML, this framing is lost and the mobile view looks ugly on the right side of the screen. Can I frame it locally as well or this feature requires the Preview Player that is hosted on the Axshare Cloud? I do not want to put all pages in Dynamic panels with the vertical scroll to simulate the mobile.
