Jumping to the top of the page (iPad)

Hi,

I recently developed a prototype for iPad.

My client stumbled upon the ‘bug’ as he accessed the prototype that is hosted on AxureShareon his iPad (I only access the prototype from my Mac)

He said everytime he checks a checkbox, the screen will jump to the top.

I tried it and can confirm it happens.

Is it a known bugs?

P.S. Can’t share the prototype though.
P.P.S: I use Axure 8

Hi hellojesus,

This sounds like a known bug we have on file where interactions on iOS devices will jump to (0,0) if the design is scrolled past the edge of the device-width or height and if the HTML sidebar is minimized or open, and I’ve added this post to the bug report. For now, you’ll want to view the prototype in the Axure Share mobile app or with the HTML sidebar completely closed (by clicking on the “Close” button in the left-bottom corner of the screen).
