I have one master with an inline frame. I want to have the contents of the inline frame be clickable to show different contents in the inline frame without having to recreate the master on every screen. Any ideas?

Perhaps you could upload a sample .rp file? I’m not understanding the issue here. In any Inline Frame, the contents would be defined on that embedded page–inside the Inline Frame, not in the Master or page containing the Inline Frame.
The Master can set the default URL/page to load in the Inline Frame. Each page that has this Master can load a different URL/page in that Inline Frame with the Open Link in Frame action.
