When I select “Lock Guides” from the ruler menu, it produces a guide where I clicked “Lock Guides” on the canvas. I clearly don’t want to put one there, so I need to unlock to do so. When I click “Lock Guides” again in the same menu to unlock them, another guide is produced. Please fix this. It is immensely frustrating.

FWIW, I don’t see this same behavior in RP 9.0.0.3727 on Win10, nor have I in any previous version of RP.
