Move a object to the place I press along a circle

the rectangle should move along the circle to the place I press. The rectangle unfortunately moves to the top left corner.

(I work with version 9.0.03727)

Version 9.0.0.3727 too.

i found out that it makes a difference, to have two displays operating. If you only have one display than the file works. But if you start with for example your laptop and then add the displays, the file works. too …
