Multiple show/hide animations flickering

Hello there,
I created two boxes which shows a menu under them when mouse enters it.
I used fade effect for enter and out both. On preview they work fine on their own. but when I go back and forth between them, while one of them opens the other one that’s hiding flickers. I really don’t know how to fix it since they work fine separately. Would appreciate your help
(note:boxes aren’t connected)
