No button for conditions

I’m trying to add some conditional logic. I’ve read and seen that I should see a button called “Conditions” or “Add conditions” on the Interactive tab of an event. But on my computer I don’t see that button.
I can add interactions, but - how do I get the “Conditions” button to appear?
I know this the most basic of questions, but I’m stuck. . . .
Hold on - figured it out. I would delete this but there doesn’t seem to be a way. . .sorry.

No, in Axure RP9 there is no editor button like that… Here is the reference documentation:
