Not able to "Update" Library published to Axure Cloud

There is the library in Axure Cloud that everyone in the team can download, update, and send the updated file to the Cloud.

If I try to create a new library and do the same thing, I can not update the existing library (in Cloud) - only Publish a new file.

Could you please help me with this issue and if possible describe the process of creating a shared library step-by-step. Thanks

Click the three dots next to ‘Private Workspace’ and select the folder you wish to publish to. If you are able to upload a new version of an existing file, it will be available as an option in the dropdown arrow on the right of the Publish button.
