Preview is creating a local host but it is not displaying anything on the browser

I am trying to preview my project in my browser the preview button is creating localhost and the interface opens up but there is nothing in the browser. It just opens up like this.

Close and restart your browser. Hit Preview again.
If not fixed, close and restart Axure. Hit Preview again.
If not fixed, reboot system (magic fix for anything, right?) Try again.
If not fixed, send email to support@axure.com with details.

thanks for the steps. This is exactly what I did, but unfortunately it did not help.
So I will contact the support team.

Edit: I tried to get the preview in following browsers: Cr, Eg, FF and IE.

As far as specific ports I usually see 32767 on my end. For preview issues (especially ones that appear suddenly) usually either a change in proxy/security settings triggers the issue. To start, you’ll want your IT team to verify whether anything changed recently that would block Axure RP’s ability to generate a preview on the localhost at 127.0.0.1.
