Prototype stalling with converted SVGs

I have a prototype (commercial in confidence so I cannot publically share it) that has numerous images that were copied from Illustrator and then converted them into SVGs. Every page with one of these on it takes a long time to load, and any OnClick actions take a while after the click to work. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do to fix this?

Hmm, are the SVGs big in size? And it sounds like they were converted into custom shapes in Axure RP–
is that right? Since the files are confidential, could you email those to support@axure.com so that we could take a closer look? I’m thinking the issue is mainly because the SVG files are large in size, but it’ll be good to check there’s nothing else that’s contributing to the lag. In addition to the .rp file (with the SVGs), please let us know the build of RP 8 you’re running (e.g. 8.1.0.3366). Ty!
