For a very niche functionality (radial menu), I need to set mouse position to middle of the screen - is there a way to do it in Axure?

No. Since Axure uses HTML and JavaScript to generate prototypes, it is beholden to there limitations as well. Letting a web page hijack someone’s mouse would not be the greatest idea. 
The best you could do is animate an image of a mouse cursor and just simulate what would happen.
