Suddenly My project ID changed this morning and am getting this error: Prototype generation failed

Hi all,
I have been working on a team file for a few weeks without issues.

But this morning the file ID has changed on me and I get the “Prototype generation failed error”. Checkin/out works fine but no prototype is generated.

Any ideas?

Hi Ludwig,

Sorry to hear that! Could you first verify that you and your team members are all running the latest build, 8.0.0.3338? If not, please have everyone on your team update to 3338 from <www.axure.com/update> to see if that resolves the issue.

If that doesn’t help, feel free to post the exported .rp file here for me to test. If you’d rather keep the file private, you can email that to support@axure.com and someone from our support team will get back to you as soon as we’re able. Please also let us know the steps that are taken to generate the error, since it sounds like checking in/checking out works as normal. Thanks!
