I installed ‘AXURE SHARE ENTERPRISE’ on my computer, and prompted “table ‘axshare.axshare_npresetting’ doesn’t exist” when setting up the database.
What do I need to do now? Who can help me and tell me the solution to this problem. Thanks.

To start, could you confirm you’re running the latest version of MySQL? Specifically, Axure Share Enterprise needs MySQL 5.7 or later to work. Please also make sure you’re installing the latest version of ASE (build 206).
If that still doesn’t help, please send an email to support@axure.com so that we can further troubleshoot from there. In the email, please include the version of MySQL you’re running, as well as the web server.
