Unable to do checkout for a specific page in a team project

Hi,
We are working on a team project. Generally it worked fine, but in the last few days we are unable to do “check out” for a specific page in the project.
When we press on the check out option, we get the popup with the progress bar (without progress), and then the popup disappear without any message, and the page is still checked in.
What can we do?
We really need to edit that page :slight_smile:

Hi Yael,

Thanks for writing! It sounds like one page is unable to be checked out in your team project. If you haven’t already, please give the “Can’t Check Out” steps from our team projects troubleshooting guide a try to see whether any of these steps help to clear up the issue:

If the issue persists after trying the steps from the link above, then we’ll want to troubleshoot further:

  1. What version and build of Axure RP are you using for this team project?

  2. Where is the team project repository located? Is it on Axure Share, a local network drive, or an SVN server?

  3. Are all team members having issues with checking out the page or is the issue specific to one machine?

  4. Was this page able to be successfully checked out previously?

  5. Do you get any errors when trying to generate HTML for that page?

  6. To see whether Axure RP is generating any errors when the page fails to check out, please send over a copy of the logs folder. Here are the locations of the logs folder for both Windows and OS X:

OS X:

Documents/Axure User Data/Axure-RP-8-0/logs

Windows:

C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\Axure-8-0\logs

Additionally, please send over the exported RP file of your team project (“File > Export Team Project to File”) and indicate which page is failing to check out so that we an take a look.
