I created the Team Project file in RP 10 (it did use to be an RP 9 Team Project but upgraded). When upgrading to RP 11 it tells me that some files are checked out in RP9 and to resolve it there.
I’ve already attempted to download RP9, and when I open the file there it tells me the file was created in RP 10 (which it was). So now I’m unsure what to do because it won’t let me get past the error in RP 11 during the upgrade.

Hmm unchecked properties/pages should automatically get checked in when upgrading your team project to RP 11. Are you able to recall if there were any errors when upgrading the project originally from RP 9 to RP 10? And before attempting to upgrade the project to RP 11, were there any elements that weren’t checked in in RP 10?
In the meantime, an option is to downgrade your team project to RP 9 by going to the History tab in Axure Cloud and selecting the Downgrade option. Please note that this will revert any changes made to your project before the upgrade to RP 10, but this should allow you to open the team project file again in RP 9 and hopefully allow you to upgrade the project to RP 11.
