Unable to use Axure Free Educational License Despite Being Approved

Hi,

My Axure Free Educational license was approved September 5th.

However, I cannot click to open a new file or click to open an existing file and haven’t been able to since my free trial ended.

I’ve contacted sales@axure.com but what wondering if anyone has had similar issues and knew how to resolve it?

When logging into Axure I have used the same email Axure used to send an approval email.

When I type my login into the subscription form, it says that ‘No subscription is assigned to your account’.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks !

Hi,

For anyone else having a similar problem, this user wrote in to support@axure.com and we were able to resolve their problem. The educational license had been assigned to a slightly mis-typed email address than the user’s correct email address, which we corrected on our end so that the user could activate their subscription.
