Hi, I’m Claire. I have just installed Axure 8 on Win 10, but cannot see anything on screen and cannot open my files. Could you please help me ?

That’s no good! Could you write in to support@axure.com so that we can begin troubleshooting the issue? In your email, please include a screenshot or video of the issue you are experiencing, as well as attaching logs from the below path (you can just copy & paste this into a File Explorer window):
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\Axure-8-0\logs
Zip up the entire contents of the “logs” folder and please attach the ZIP to your email. Ty!
