About the port problem after the Axure Cloud mailbox proxy forwarding

After deploying the Axure Cloud, the default port is 80. The port forwarding is changed to 8989 through the proxy. The access to the web side is normal. The proxy forwarding port 8989 is lost when the password is reset and the invitation registration is invited. Please help find out what the problem is, whether there is the same problem as me, and whether there is a specific solution?
