Axure currently does not support Spread property for Outer or Inner shadow. It would be great and make things easy when creating components that need the shadow to spread. Not sure why this simple property is not supported.

Hey, thanks for writing in! We do have a spread feature for inner shadows, and you can get to it by selecting your shape, going to the Style Pane and clicking on the kebob menu in the Shadow tab:
I will also submit a feature request for you regarding the spread property for outer shadows–thanks for bringing this to our attention!
