Authentication required

Hi everyone,
Since one year i am trying to use axure rp again. Now I fixed a license and I want to login in the desktop app but while I do so there is a sort extra authentication required. Every time when I hit te submit button there opens an extra window. The window is asking for a username and password, I am failing over and over. I get this window in both 8 and 9.
