To anyone following this thread, @mastercam worked with us to find that this error was due to HTTPS redirects happening on the Axure Cloud for Business On-Premises server without HTTPS being configured.
This is a general connection error so it required some troubleshooting to find the root issue. That said, on the server, if you don’t have SSL configured and you enter localhost
into the address bar but find that your browser is redirecting to https://localhost/app
you may be running into the same issue.
To resolve this, you can either:
