Axshare workspace invite not delivered

Hello, I have experienced this issue several times already, and would like to understand the reason.

Every time I invite one of my team members to a shared workspace, it takes more than 24 hours for the user to receive the invitation email, if they receive it at all.

We have checked spam folders, filters, removed the invited users and re-invited them but no luck.

Can you please check this?

Hmm that sounds odd - AxShare invite emails shouldn’t take 24 hours to send (I just tested and received one within a few seconds, as well as my colleague). To further investigate this, could you email support@axure.com? In the email, please include the email address of your colleagues who aren’t receiving the AxShare emails, as well as any additional details that may be helpful, e.g. when did this start happening, is this only with a few select team members or all, etc. Ty!
