Hi,
Say I want to create a text document that will be printed to PDF. I want the PDF to span the width of Acrobat.
What should the width of my document in Axure be? What is the easiest way to do without without tinkering with scaling?
Simply, I draw a box that is 685 pixels wide in Axure. I print to PDF (set to Full size), and it prints nicely. So, my maximum width for my Axure document is 685 px?
Hello @brianjrosen
Thanks for submitting this topic.
The best way to ensure your widgets fit to the scale of your PDF document is using the ‘Diagram to Paper Size’ options in Axure RP10. Accessible via the ‘Print’ menu.
Here, we should find the option to ‘Fit Diagram to Paper Width’.
If we enable ‘Scale Down Only’, then the diagram (your widgets) will scale down to fit the page, regardless of their size.
Unticking this option will ensure that widgets smaller than the width of the PDF will scale up to fit the document width.
I hope this helps out, but we remain on hand for any queries.
James
