Bug report: How I can get rid of notes?

Hello,
I noted that on hover I see notes, that I did not added.
How I can get rid of notes from my toggle button hover?

Hi, Natalie. It’s the tooltip for the action button. (On the properties pane.)

I searched every element in this file, and did not find any notes (On the properties pane.)

It’s the widget called “action button” in state 1 of the panel.
