Calculating difference in number of months

Hi all! I’m trying to calculate the number of months that have passed. My prototype requires users to provide a date in the text field and i would like to calculate the numbers of months that have passed from the date provided by users.

Cybertrack, You can rearrange the input string from dd/mm/yyyy to yyyy.mm.dd so it plays nice with the date.parse() function.
