Can't edit yet I have the files checked out

Hi All, I have an Axure file that I am the only one working on and it’s in Teams. I had some computer problems and now it says I can’t edit my files because someone else has it checked out. So I looked to see who that was, and it’s me! So I signed out and back in and tried to retrieve my project from teams, but it didn’t work. Once again it said I couldn’t edit because I have it checked out! I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix this. Can anyone help?

You can “steal the checkout” from yourself. Check this thread for details:

I’ve run into some similar issues in the past. The short answer is yes, you can force this by stealing all the checkouts–even if it is stealing them from yourself–and essentially overriding the checkout/check-in process. I will say that emailing support@axure.com has really helped with all sorts of things. They are usually very responsive and helpful, particularly if you can attach your source .rp or .rppprj file. Thank you so much! I didn’t get the dialog box with the “Steal” option until I actually made a change to the page so I went in and moved a button one pixel on each page and then it worked! Thanks againg!
