It seems that interaction with the scrollbars of a page is not working in a Team project when not having the page checked out. Vertical scrolling with the mouse wheel though does working. But clicking the scrollbar of the canvas selects the element, instead of the scrollbar.
Is this a know issue/bug maybe?
The workaround is to check out the page, but that should not be necessary.
